Any updates about layoffs in Canada - Resources group? Please share it if you have more info, I know there was a thread on this a few years ago but nobody is talking about layoffs at Accenture right now...

Layoffs are happening on a regular basis in other global locations as well. They get rid of people as soon as they don't think they need them any longer, irrespective of performance etc.

I heard over 150+ laid off from their Strategy business unit during March - April 2015 time frame. If you were cross vertical, you were chopped, since no one BU owned you. Unfortunate orphans.
