Eliminate the 100k to 250k bands
Eliminate the $100,000 to $250,000 tier entirely. Give working people a chance to make it financially.
Raising miminum wage
The minimum wage increase to $22 effective at the end of June is generally a good thing. However, is celebrating this a bit foolish because pretty soon it won’t be enough to live off regardless of the increase?

Pay is so low
BofA is less and less successful at retaining and attracting good employees. Now that I am looking for a new job I see that almost all major banks are paying more for the position I have here. Why is the pay here so low?
