I'm wondering what's going to happen to us. I heard some have been told to come back to office.

Why would you take that vs the lump sum? If you take a lump sum you can file for unemployment in your state right away. if you take installment i think it depends on state? (you sometimes cannot until it's over.) Why take the installments?

Don't forget to move all your money from BAC. I'm moving my checking, savings, Merrill Edge and 401k. I'm done with this bank for good.

I have been told I am getting layed off the end of May, any idea what day will it be? I asked for a package so am fine with it. Hoping it is either May 24 or 25th, would love to have a long Memorial holiday.
