Who decides who gets laid off when a team needs to make cuts?

I don’t know about any of you, but I feel so much more determined and ambitious after Emily’s last email telling us about her Gorilla encounter. Must be nice. The silverbacks take better care of their colleagues than we do.

Anyone know why we’re being forced to take them on teams when they are set up for a 6 month rotation then move to another team. How is that beneficial or helpful to teams who need staff?

My understanding is that SUB pay is 1 week for every year of employment but I've read some posts on here where people say it's 2 weeks for each year. Any ideas?
