Field service is the face of the company. Having disgruntled employees talking to all your customers is never a good move. If field ain’t happy nobodies happy.

Its happening in some shops already where some supervisors are out or quit. Lead techs are running the show. And doing a pretty good job at it too.

Clearly, it did not take him long to realize the s - - t show he walked into. He only worked there for a few months. Cant make this stuff up.
