Sabbaticals

Anyone in management hearing they are going to axe sabbaticals? With every single TD employee becoming eligible at the same time I don’t see how they will continue the program. My guess is after integration and layoffs they make this announcement — read more

TDA reps, do not go quietly into this night. On September 5th, keep logging into halo desktop. Keep logging into OMS. They can’t stop us!

They can’t make us start making money for them. We can just keep doing our same work as TD Ameritrade, they can’t stop us. This company does have to die if we don’t let it. You show up on September 5th and you keep using your TDA email, you keep... — read more

Anyone know which teams specifically?

Title says it all - I know DS is/was part of it, but what other departments and teams? The more specific, the better. I know my MD gives a very non-committal response when people have asked directly..

Whomever posted about RTO being delayed. You’re right.

Branch Network Impact

Any insight on the branch network? I’ve heard mixed yes and no answers without anything concrete. The FC’s and managers in the branch are all 60/U1 so fall into a really expensive severance pool, so I’d guess no impact.
