I am hearing rumblings that Chevron is about to hire a great deal of people for the expected demand that is coming. Now correct me if I’m wrong, but this will just lead to more layoffs in the future?? I mean I have co workers who have said they go to... — read more

MW in African garb?
Anyone else see that video of MW in a African garb? Instead of focusing on looking "woke" I think he should work on listening to the employees and work on the morals.
Thoughts on JG town hall
I personally felt it was out of touch from what us employees really feel. Every manager has over 30 people they manage now, and JG acting like that's unheard of is troubling to say the least.
What’s the deal with HR?
I’m new to Chevron and have seen a lot of posts on here about HR and RM. what exactly is going on that they are so frequently discussed? Sorry I’m so oblivious to it. Thanks!

Too many self-serving egomaniacs

Chevron Juneteenth - Do we get a new US company holiday?
Target, Nike, and JCPenny have embraced it as a holiday. It will be interesting to see what RM and MW say on behalf of Chevron, aside from use your personal choice holiday dodge like they say for MLK day. And yeah......this is not layoff... — read more

Camp Chevron. Really? Another way to distract everyone from a dismal outlook and poor leadership. (Like when the band played on as the Titanic was sinking) Camp Chevron was an absurd idea during complete lockdown. Why do RM and MW think it is a... — read more
