My last day was May 30th and I still have not gotten my severance pay. When I contact HR nobody responds back.

Is there any confirmation that PSG 26 and above are being disproportionately targeted in this Chevron reorg? Or is that just speculation?

I was fortunate to land a role one PSG above my current level this layoff cycle. Should I expected a PSG bump next year after EOY reviews or is it possible to get the bump before then? Curious how this has been handled in the past.
