Do you think Ames REG acquired people will be in this lay off too? Any thoughts on how the restructure will impact BU/IT and people located there?

Will new hires in their first year be exempt from the selection events? If not, safe to say we’ll be the first to be laid off as it will be hard to compete with more experienced folks.

Anyone have any insight into how much O&M will be impacted this time around? Specifically in the Permian. We’re still pretty busy but I feel like our teams are way too big to and we hired a ton of trainees the past year.

I have been cut three times. I would love to take a retirement package to get out. I’m in the union and we cannot take the salary package, from what I’m told. The union buyout program is not very good.

Anyone else notice in the EOI terms that if you’re offered a job that requires relocation, and decline, no severance…? If I’m in San Ramon I’d hit the AEOI button now as hard as I can.
