Who comes up with our ROM names? We had Transform to Win and now Leading Performance. I love the snazzy names that make me feel good as everyone is being let go!

Myself and a few others I know got sub 1% raises. Less than inflation increase. Isn’t there a 2-3% minimum?

When will layoffs begin for Leading Performance? Anyone have any idea how much the cut will be this time? Will this layoff allow is to Win in any environment?

how long does it take to move to the next PSG ? Is it true that if you hit the median salary range for a given PSG, there's really not much of an increment unless you move to a higher PSG?

The news is out.

I'm surprised that the CIP factor email isn't out yet. It's late relative to the past few years. Thoughts on the timing and guess on the factor? My guess is 0.9 and email tomorrow.
