What’s the minimum raise?

Myself and a few others I know got sub 1% raises. Less than inflation increase. Isn’t there a 2-3% minimum?

PSG change process

how long does it take to move to the next PSG ? Is it true that if you hit the median salary range for a given PSG, there's really not much of an increment unless you move to a higher PSG?
