Bank has almost 80 open positions that were just posted at the end of last month. I guess it's promising that despite laying off tens of thousands of people, Citi is still hiring bunches at the same time.

After 25 years with the bank, I was laid off in March. I have not heard 1 word from Citi or HR about my severance. Not cool. I turned my work in on time for a quarter of a century. Dead silet after several emails and calls.
