Microaggression
It shows up in how you speak, how you write, even how you present. One grammar slip or tone difference becomes a target. This isn’t inclusion.
Community banks / small banks
Has anyone left Citi for a community bank? Or a smaller bank? This question likely better suited for us employees I’m so over Citi I’m looking at smaller places. So curious on differences. Would assume limited opportunities at a smaller place. But... — read more

Public Cloud at Citi
How's the public cloud migration going so far? Barely any workloads have been migrated and it's substantially more expensive than anyone estimated, and only getting more expensive.

Times are tough, I know—but honestly, I’d still welcome being laid off
I’ve worked at several banks, and this one is, hands down, the worst. The team is unreliable, constantly gossiping, and always on edge. My manager is clueless, more focused on office politics than actual work, and an expert at finding scapegoats to... — read more
