Citi is by far the cheapest. Citi HR is way by far the worst. Citi’s way of handling the layoffs is abysmally mismanaged. Citi’s delivery of news and status’s of any direction is less than average I’d say. Faith in company direction is horrible... — read more

Salary range

We are currently interviewing to fill a role in NAM. I am based in Belfast. Salary we are interviewing for is more than 50% greater than my pay even tho it’s exact same role/title. Is this normal?
