WORKDAY ACCESS, After working notice?

How do we access workday and paystubs after our working notice period and we are in our non working status. Anyone know? I no longer have any access to systems and email which is understandable. Can we still access paystubs/ workday somehow?

Toxic Culture

Why is the work culture so toxic here? Too many SVPs and Directors get on calls to overtalk everyone else. They refuse to absorb useful information and resist ideas that aren't theirs. Citi is doing something wrong if these are the types selected to... — read more

Converting to IC seems make sense.

No Layoff for next 6-8 months

No Layoff for next 6-8 months. Citi needs stabilization and need to accumulate money for next Severance pay. What I heard is more work pressure and micro-management to happen for deliverables. They will pressure you so much that you leave on your... — read more
