Do citi care about the people who resolved problems? I see all talkers are promoted to managerial position in this reorg!
Decrease in pay if they illuminate your directs
Has anyone heard any rumors about this? I’m wondering if Citi will do this or if they legally can. I just assume they’ll decrease the bonus instead of a pay decrease.
Some say they felt their time at Citi was coming to an end.
What were the signs you noticed that made you come to that conclusion and were you right?
Reduced Rate
Help, do they pay a reduced rate while on notice?
What does "IUO" in your email address mean?

They're flattening the manager layers by taking their manager title from many

Development plan - can it be a trap?
It is rather sad to even write this as it shows how little trust there is between my line manager and I. My manager wants to do a development plan and "help me to succeed" - it was one of the tasks in workday. Is it a trap? What shall I look out... — read more

Shareholder voting vs DEI reporting. Proposal #8 is interesting.
