What is happening in CPB and IPB?
Heard a lot of staff in the CPB business are now changing roles and have new positions in IPB. Are those two LOBS combining? Or are they doing away with one?
I haven’t had any update yet - anyone else the same?
I would have thought I’d have heard something by now? Seems a bit unusual when I know others have had update and aren’t the org charts due out tomorrow?
Why is there so much conflicting information?
“ Citi people who survive this week might be tempted to breathe a sigh of relief. However, this could be premature. This is just the end of phase one. Citi said in January that it plans to cut 5,000 jobs from the managerial delayering, 5,000 from... — read more
What made them decide the list
Someone on my team got put on a PIP in January, and since then they basically gave up and would only get very little done. But they didn’t get impacted this round, while another team member who’s one of the top performers on my team got laid off. The... — read more
Layoff impact on DEI Objectives
I was luckily not impacted, but noticed something interesting that the recent layoffs will almost immediately help Citi hit DEI goals outlined by Jane in 2022. Maybe just coincidence, but have not seen one DEI employee impacted. ... — read more
Prepare for a reduction in pay.
Those notified of “you’re no longer an AVP or VP”….you’ll see it affect your pay. Management has been told to not bring it up unless asked. I have no idea as to how fast this will happen but it will be taking place.

O'Fallon Site
Do you know if anyone got let go from the O'Fallon site?
Anyone still going into the office?
I would rather spend my lame duck period in the comfort of my own home but don’t want any issues or concerns with potential violations to the mandate. Are any of you just staying home? Especially in the ny area
To those of us let go effective 4/15
I was told I need to work until 4/15. Are any of you actually working? Weird that they didn't yank our access when they told us we're being laid off. They want us to do "handoffs." Yeah, ok.

Friendly heads-up . . .
