I thought and per the handbook, severance is one paycheck per every year you have worked. Now I'm hearing it's only 12 weeks? I've been with Citi 28 years.

Unfortunately consultants hiring and politics has increased again. There should be strict restrictions for hiring consultants. Vendors leverage layoff scenarios to make their business. Seems Citi will never change and go in spiral of death
