Not all 1-1 invites are layoffs

Got very little sleep last night stressed about a 1-1 scheduled. Turns out there were other participants, hidden and for all of us it was an org change. While the new role might not be what you signed up for, it’s better than a layoff

If you are trimming the useless, start with HR.

Has anyone been told they will be moving from individual contributor to people manager but no clarity on c level move or compensation?

15 min meeting scheduled

Severance Question

I thought and per the handbook, severance is one paycheck per every year you have worked. Now I'm hearing it's only 12 weeks? I've been with Citi 28 years.

Consultants hiring and politics has increased again

Unfortunately consultants hiring and politics has increased again. There should be strict restrictions for hiring consultants. Vendors leverage layoff scenarios to make their business. Seems Citi will never change and go in spiral of death
