My C16 has been given guidance that year end evaluations AND comp convos are moving from Jan 2024 to Dec 2023..just for this year This means any comp changes happen before year is over. Anyone gotten similar info?

Has anyone else heard 12/13 as the next date for hearing about more changes?

We all know Citi has been bloated from a headcount standpoint. However, layoffs will only satiate Wall Street so long…. Leadership team is just rearranging chairs on a boat about to crash vs figuring out how to steer clear of the iceberg.

Anyone actually know the reasoning on who exactly gets cut? Is it money, length of being there or what else?

Will I get at least 48 weeks of severance? Is there a cap? The language on the handbook is a bit convoluted.
