Does anyone know when the cuts for Premier are happening? Leadership has already unofficially confirmed the cuts several weeks ago but not the timeline.

I was shocked when I heard about some very good employees being cut. What's going on, Dell? How will the company re-cultivate such employees in the future? Why is the company deliberately choosing mediocrity over excellence?

Dell is promoting the new Partner First program on LinkedIn the same day as layoffs. Seems cold. One plus is that all those channel partners are now potential employers and will probably pay better.

September there will be another round. The August round seems to be focused on Sales/Sales Support type of roles. September I expect will be focused on Product Teams. What are the chances this is true?

I got my 1x1 invite. That su-ks. But hey, at Oracle we got laid off in 2018 via mass email, not even a 1x1. So at least Dell is being a tad more personable.

Is there any updated information regarding potential layoffs at the Cherrywood office in Dublin? As of now, I haven't heard of any layoffs occurring in the sales team for UK Mid Market.

I don't remember the last time I found layoffs to be this stressful. I guess it's the anticipation that's making it all that worse. I can't wait for it all to be over.

If I havent recieved an email as yet am I safe for this round? Morale is pretty low here and dont think I can go much further with Dell so I would be happy to take the plunge elsewhere. Its a very tough enviroment lately and who needs cr-p.

Is there a way to input vacation and PBA so you get paid in on it before getting laid off tomorrow? Makes you realize you should burn all of that time since they don’t want to pay it out to you (they don’t have to in TX)
