It's not a "come to office or quit" mandate. Remote was offered to stem people quitting. It's comical. On one hand these same people are predicting massive layoffs every other week then the other hand is now switching to dell is too cheap to layoff. — read more 

I hear this argument and hate it for it's misinformation. It's not 2+2 math. Employees don't just up and quit thus saving severance. Good marketable employees take a few months to job hunt then quit. Bad employees take longer or just linger on... — read more
