Email gone out inviting everyone to a fireside town howl. Thanks to all who submitted questions(Leadership fools only). No live questions are being allowed. I wonder why. Is he scared of the pay rise questions?

Laid off . Descriminatiom

My manager discussed my role , salary, age months before I was laid off. In layoff he said my job is offshored at less than 1/3 of cost. Basically it’s a disaster. Done in august 2024. Mentally broken after layoff.

Payrise News

7 working days left to Payroll cut off for the pay raises to be implemented. Has your manager had the meeting with anyone to inform them of the raise? Or are they still fiddling the figures? Time is running out.

Why not visit a DXC office!

So Raul says get into the offices, meet up, collaborate! Tell you what Raul, we'll do that if we like you get company money to travel. Virtual first contracts have a clause saying you'll pay for your own travel if you go to the office. If you think... — read more

Tough luck if you're job hunting right now

It's tough for laid-off workers and fresh grads right now. I've been looking at job listings, and it's not looking good. The few companies that are hiring have the upper hand, snagging skilled workers at bargain rates. Honestly, I can't stand DXC... — read more
