There aren't many talents left

Of course the talents left DXC because they couldn’t reach their full potential here. Unless something is done to prevent it, this will become a company with no talented employees. If I was the leader of the company I would be worried, but our... — read more

Fu-k DXC

Goals

Your functional/business manager (not your people manager) should define goals for the coming year. If you meet or exceed your goals you should get a pay increase. All these other goals is just bullsh*t

What is our vision?

Do we even have a long-term strategy in place, outside of getting rid of as many employees as possible? It feels like everything that is being done is to boost short-term numbers but very little is being done to improve the company's long-term... — read more

Does overload leave you any time for learning?

The issue I see is that people are so overloaded for work there simply isn't the time for most people to spend on learning. Ultimately that is bad for both DXC and the employee as skills and knowledge aren't kept up to date. I absolutely agree... — read more

Results fantastic, reward not so much

In todays Applications Delivery townhall it started out with how fantastic the results were, they actually used the word fantastic several times. It ended with an out of their depth HR rep saying, reward calculation only just started should be done... — read more

I tried to learn as much as I could

I spent over three years here trying to learn as much as I could so I could get a better opportunity elsewhere. Now that I’m planning to leave and looking for a new job, I don’t think I’ve expanded my skills quite enough. While this is largely... — read more

If there is no adequate pay raise, I'm leaving

Many got pay raise only when they left here. I stayed here doing double workload, but if I am not adequately compensated soon, I will not hesitate in the slightest whether to leave or not. I think many will do the same? It’s a shame how little we... — read more

From year to year, the situation in this company is getting worse. I used to think that DXC had a future but now I’m aware that the company is just barely keeping afloat. It makes no sense for talented people to stay in such a company. The... — read more

They are forgetting about offshoring disadvantages

How can I respect leadership whose only solution for almost everything is offshoring? I can hardly respect such leadership. In addition, they seem unaware that offshoring also has its disadvantages or are they totally ignoring them?

Job has been ‘offshored’

After many years of service I get a call from someone I do not know telling me that my role will be ‘offshored’ thus making my role redundant. Well good luck in ‘offshoring’ what I do. As for the situation. Well is poor form. — read more

Exhausted and burned out

Working at DXC has drained all my energy. As far as I can tell, that is the goal of this management, to completely exhaust us, long term employees, in order to bring younger employees in our place, regardless of their competencies?

When will our pay be adjusted for inflation?

The inflation is high, we probably lost about 20% of our pay over last three years of inflation. Dear managers and executives who are reading this board: When will our pay be adjusted for inflation?

This is a downward spiral

As long as DXC cares about how to reward the execs, and not at all how to recognize and reward the efforts of all of us who do all the work, this will be a downward spiral. Unfortunately, I don't think they will change their philosophy. In fact... — read more
