DXC, start investing more in your employees!

It is not possible to expect that we will invest our time, talents, energy and the very best of ourselves in DXC, if the leadership does not invest a little more in its employees. Instead of making it their priority it seems to me that this is the... — read more

Reputation is very bad

I have noticed that even those who do not have much talent do not want to come here anymore. What happened to the reputation of this company? Once a reputation is ruined, it is mostly irreparable damage. I’m no longer even sure if DXC can do... — read more

DXC Sign Removed from Urban Center Building in Tampa

After nearly four years since the stench of DXC’s angry pumpkin replaced the awesomeness of a company brand that it would later successfully destroy, it too met its fate this month by no longer dirtying a part of the Tampa, FL skyline. ... — read more

DXC company is on the mend, as is profit growth.

DXC Technology's top and bottom lines have been steadily shrinking since 2018, and that's not going to change this year. But shares have also lost ground in step with that contraction. This sets the stage for a recovery in the stock's price should... — read more

Help yourselves, don't wait for the company to help you

You have been with DXC for several years, you most likely earn below market value, you are giving it your all, and you are still here despite not getting a pay increase since you started. Management now knows full well that if any of that was a... — read more

The natural decline will continue due to lack of strategic choices, reckless hiring, and failure to change in a fast-changing market. In the past two years, DXC has been saying what they hope the outcome will be (seize the market, take care of... — read more

Are raises an annual thing here?

Losing good employees, losing customers

I'm pretty sure DXC is rapidly losing its best employees, but what about its customers? Is it losing them just as fast? My personal opinion is that they cannot be satisfied if the employees are not satisfied and if this company no longer has a... — read more

January is nearly done, yet no layoffs
