Further layoffs?

Anyone got info on the next wave of redundancies in 3 months time? I don’t for one second believe this wave was the only cut this year. Dreading the next round.

YOUR EXPECTATIONS OF MIKE AND TEAM

What are your expectations of Mike Salvino? What are you happy with? What are you not happy with? He has been CEO for less than a year. It seems like any time I have a positive outlook about him on this site, I get a downvote. I expect the same... — read more

Why do you stay at DXC?

Personally, this is the worst place I've worked at in my two-decades-long career. I've been actively searching for a new job for the past six months and as soon as there is a valid alternative I'm out of here. No amount of matching or even increasing... — read more

Mary by Gaslight

Today we received an email from Mary F___h announcing yet another Employee Pulse Survey. As many posts on this site confirm, the results of the first Pulse Survey were not shared with the staff. Was this a deliberate decision by Sal or did the... — read more

This is surprising

I got raise last year because I was about to leave - I had offer from another company. DXC matched the offer. DXC actually does this? I thought they were looking for ways to get rid of us - especially the higher paid ones - never even occurred to... — read more

Don’t complete the newest HR pulse survey

Silence often says more than words. And we all know the words are simple and have been said already in every possible forum....give us raises and bonuses....period Take a stand

Sorry everyone

I simply quit DXC last year as a Project Manager. Final straw was our PMO Manager on my project was just awful. 5 years, no pay raise. 5 years... I hope everyone affected by this has an awesome future.

Is it true?

Is it true L1 to L4 are getting raises? If it is, it feels like even more of a slap in the face. This company really needs to learn who makes most of its money. How many times can we be mistreated and overlooked before we decide to leave this place -... — read more

So Simple

How you treat your employees will determine the FATE of your company. If you treat employees as if they make a difference, they will make a difference. By mistreating one of your own, you lose the respect of others. So very simple.

You can’t downsize your way to prosperity

Saw this on a finance site talking about GE. “ Admittedly, scaling down is a reasonable response to the aviation-sector crisis. However, even a famous company like General Electric can’t downsize its way to prosperity. GE shareholders will want... — read more

Sad to read, Clueless Bunch of Coconuts

I left DXC at the beginning of this year, I feel bad for the current employees to be treated this way and even tougher during a pandemic. I understand the need to pay the bills and health insurance. for your family. I felt that that management was... — read more

To the leadership of DXC

We know you read these. You walked in and the first thing you touted was taking care of the employees. Woo hoo our savior has arrived. Then you put out an employee survey asking for the bold truth. We thought that was cool. We told you we need... — read more

DXC Technology- Thrive on Redundancy

As an employee of DXC for 5 years, i have heard all the same c-ap as before. The simple fact is that DXC will never prosper as the same management style is always adopted; Line our own pockets, squeeze whatever we can from the company for ourselves... — read more

...It Tolls For DXC

Excellent post @OneDXC. “How an Employee leaves is a Reflection of the Company - DXC take note” I've been at DXC for a couple of years but in my experience, inside and outside DXC, I can honestly say that nobody turns up at work each day to do a... — read more

Just Stop

Stop attending these calls, they are a joke and waste of time. The silence will be a huge statement. The greed and backstabbing within this company sickens me.

CEO Call Monday

What's likely to be in store on the CEO call Monday afternoon. Are we just going to here about COVID and race relations or is anything else likely to be discussed?

Hoping for a VR

I want this VR so bad but cant seem to get it. Instead I'm stuck in a division (W&M) where all the talk is positive and how we are a big part of future DXC and the positivity seems so false and it is draining. I hate DXC and want to just leave but... — read more

WFR UK

WFR email came out today in the UK asking for VR. I've heard it's 500 across the board. Will be finalised early June. I think this was coming even before covid. DXC/CSC just doesn't change despite all the 'change' up top.
