Layoffs happening in Poland

Even offshore or nearshore locations (whatever you want to call it) are being notified. Managers already have target numbers of people they have to let go.

Transition from HPE to DXC

During this transition from HPE to DXC, they waited to let go people after moving to DXC so they don't have to pay severance packages for people working in HPe for 10+ yrs.

Costs

Actually both csc and hpe have some really good employees. I do know that most jobs are going to India. Not that this is a main cost probably only a couple of million but DXC is installing Transgender bathrooms which is pretty neat
