Wave of attrition happening right now. Mostly 2-3 years of experience, with exceptional track record. I wonder how they’re going to sustain the TMTS role out with declining of experienced engineer from attrition and oversea assignment.

Seemed like there was a lull in resignations on my feed from mid December but the last week has seen a definite uptick. Nice that people have the courage to vote with their feet.
