NSI outcome
Anyone noticed that they seem to be handing out NSI/NI outcomes on the basis of some BS vague “behaviors”. Also it seems that supervisors are still hosting pre-assessment meetings and deciding who to drop before the official one with HR.
Attendance Dashboard
Although the EMHC overlords do NOT want us working from home on Mondays (or at all, really), I say "sc--w your dashboard!" With Tropical Storm Beryl headed toward Texas, I have NO plans to leave the house.

Tabla Shabla everywhere but where is the depth?

Terrible supervisor
I had a supervisor that made my life he-l because I was a minority. The supervisor thought that minorities were inferior and would often vocalize it. Has anyone had a similar experience? Curious if this is common or an isolated experience.

I predict, they are packaging up Product Solutions nice and pretty. And they will sell it. They will keep upstream, carbon capture (because it makes them look good) and Litium. The rest goes bye bye. Keeping the profits high is their main goal... — read more
Morale completely destroyed
I'd not see a way for morale and loyalty that previously existed to ever return. They always talk about reputation and how quickly it can be destroyed in the business ethics training. Clearly that is a true principle.
The price of oil not decisions by executives determines our profit
We could have a monkey leading us. The biggest determining factor in how profitable we are is what is the price of oil. Executives take credit for prices when it results in profit and blame prices when there is low or no profit. What a joke.
Why are Executives paid so much to just do what consultants say
Clearly executives are just following whatever the consultants tell them to do as all companies right now are cost cutting and offshoring jobs. Why are they paid so much or even needed if the consultants are telling them what to do?
Significant reduction in expat roles

Left Exxon for more money, better morale, WFH/flex work
Jobs are out there, don’t fret. Couldn’t be happier. I made 30% more, WFH, enjoy more fulfilling work, and positive work environment instead of the depressing slog of Campus circa 2021-current.

When will Exxon realize one simple thing?
