Anyone noticed that they seem to be handing out NSI/NI outcomes on the basis of some BS vague “behaviors”. Also it seems that supervisors are still hosting pre-assessment meetings and deciding who to drop before the official one with HR.

Terrible supervisor

Morale completely destroyed

I'd not see a way for morale and loyalty that previously existed to ever return. They always talk about reputation and how quickly it can be destroyed in the business ethics training. Clearly that is a true principle.
