Anyone notice all the new interviewees ?

Seems like the company is actively hiring more employees on a daily basis. Several potential new employees with visitor badges getting interviewed everyday in the cafeteria area. They might be backfilling all the eliminated positions.

More layoffs scheduled

Heard from a coworker who knows a manager that more layoffs are scheduled in the Capital markets, shared services and multifamily divisions. Managers have been given instructions to reduce headcount by 30%.

Heard that a Big Tech style mass layoff removing Agile Roles (Scrum Masters, Coaches etc..) coming soon in anticipation of moving towards self-managing T Shaped roles. Anybody else heard?

I am in EROW as a FLEX employee but am not near a office but have not gotten an email for relocation. When is this email suppose to come out if its real?

Remote workers given deadline

Today, remote workers company wide were told to move back by 10/1 or be let go. They have until mid-June to let the company know their plans.

Remote worker quarterly visits

Any update on this? Have you been told you need to start planning Q2 visit? They are tracking everyone to see who’s coming in and who isn’t. Will you get fired if you don’t make one of the quarterly visits?
