Farley took a bow when Ford’s market cap reached $100 billion, now that it’s declined to less than half of that in six months, does he take credit for that, as well? Maybe the Free Ford Press will do a front page headline article on that... — read more

Ford is out of Blue Nameplate Badges
Are you kidding me. Stock is down another 5% and we can't ship vehicles because we are out of logos. LOL. What a shxx show!

Spinning facts, it’s what Marketing does
I came across this description of the train station ion from a year ago, yet it is still an empty shell, nowhere near ready for occupancy. This shows you cannot believe ANYTHING Ford says without looking for the marketing spin, especially on the... — read more

Fired. Being sent retirement e-mails and postcard.
I was let go and did not meet retirement eligibility. Yet, the company sends me “congratulations on my retirement” postcard and emails telling me to check on my retirement benefits.
Ford is becoming a big mess.
I don't know how some departments here will survive any more layoffs or retirements..
Desperate times? Yet another management shuffle at Ford as Farley looks for the "right people."
When poor leadership doesn't get results, they have to shuffle management to provide scapegoats to the stockholders. Activities like this never provide results (as Ford should have learned by now). Look for an outsider to fill the Purchasing roll... — read more
Today's big org announcement

Retirement Estimates
How many will retire to avoid losing 22% of their lump sum? 500? 2000? 5000?
Any salaried person still working for Ford is a su---r
Why would you stay at this lousy company? I quit in 2007 and never looked back. I left because there wasn’t any money to go around. And when there was a scrap from the table, it went to the UAW. That’s right, I have an engineering degree from a... — read more

How many quarters of a Billion Dollar losses can Ford sustain?

UAW headed for a strike?
The current contract expires next year. I'm guessing the UAW will be going after a hefty COLA raise, and the big three, especially Ford, are likely to balk. I'm guessing a showdown of epic proportions, like we haven't seen in decades, will ensue... — read more

Strange feeling of guilt for going to competitors
