In certain cases if you are leaving Ford to go to a competitor I know they will walk you out immediately. If you go to put in a two week notice and they walk you out do you get paid for two weeks or is it an automatic termination?

Even if you're still working, please set up alerts on LinkedIn (and/or your fav job site) for keywords. I have 6 or so set up and get job listings for at least 10 jobs from each keyword, every day. It's free and it's proactive.
