Heard from a Ford Senior Manager that 40-50% headcount reduction is required for Ford to even survive. Is the financial situation so bad? Can they fix the problems or go under in few years?

How many of you have retired and went back to work after a year or 2? What are your reasons besides financial?

Literally travel the world and no one seems to notice . I decline meetings all the time.

Lots of "we should" comments from all leaders. Not one of them took any responsibility for the current mess.

How about that!? As if Ford isn't losing enough on EV's, now they're offering complimentary home chargers, including installation, to anyone who purchases or leases an EV before the end of the year. You just can't make this stuff up anymore.
