Ford wants me to go away but wants to take away my way of making a living

Did ya Farleys LinkedIn post on how he values Ford employees LOL

How long would it take to get fired?
Fired in the sense its not layoff but based on performance. What is the general timeline/ steps that happen before? 6 months? 1 year? Wondering if its better to just do nothing and study for interviews while collecting paychecks.
Are you expecting alot of people to start leaving?
Seems like everyone is quiet in meetings but I get the impression people are on edge about if they will be around 2 to 3 months from now
My biggest regret.
