From what it seems like in the CIO all hands, they seem to focus more on the area that gets them revenue (Merchants). Does that mean there will be layoffs in Issuing?

It's disheartening that the company prioritizes spending millions on maintaining outdated software instead of giving a deserved 10% salary raise to their employees.

Software engineer lead salary at TSYS/GP
What is the salary been paid for the software engineer lead position for those who got laid off? I feel like they are paying bare minimum as per industry standard and these lay offs wont save them a whole lot. Wondering why this budget cuts.
