Right sizing C Suite compensation

Are there any efforts to right size our C suites compensation, to bare some resemblance to the reduction in activity which the rest of us have been effected by?

How many so far?

Do we have any way of finding out how many of the planned 6,400 have been laid off so far? Just seeing posts saying 30 have been cut here, 15 there, etc. is not really helpful in figuring out a total. It would be great to know how close we are to... — read more

We are just starting with 1,000 Layoffs

You know this is just the beginning, right? If you got axed, sorry about that. Nothing personal, ok? If you are still working, don't get too comfortable, you are "on deck." If you are at the dugout, don't ever b–ch again for being a... — read more

HAL computer for personal use

If we get laid off, is there really anything they will do if we don’t turn in the phone and computer. I mean Im sure they try to scare you but is there anything they will actually do?

Turn off your phones

If HR can’t get a hold of you, you’re never laid off. Also turn off teams and don’t respond to any emails.

How convenient

It looks like once again those with more years/higher pay are the first ones to go and newbies who barely know what they're doing are still employed. Why am I not surprised one bit? If you are over 50 you should be looking for a new job - it seems... — read more
