Am I the only one who's considering leaving for lower pay just to get away from this place? I've worked at cr-ppy companies before, but Medtronic truly takes the cake.

Is anyone else getting a case of the “Mondays” on Sundays lately? The past few weeks have been unusually odd and I’m tired of weekly surprises.

What’s up with all the new hires at neuro? How can the company be performing poorly yet still be hiring new engineers? Feels like they are cutting engineers with experience and replacing them with cheaper ones.

After the earnings and stock drop today layoffs are guaranteed to come in April. There really is no choice. I personally think it will be a blood bath, probably 5% minimum but maybe 10 %.

Many OUs have millions in over spending, again. Q4 is tough. As usual hiring-traveling freeze is coming. This is an annual thing, nothing new for MDT though.

My management did me wrong and treated me awful at the end. Was having a good year so trust me, it was not performance. Now I wait for schadenfreude.
