Am I the only one who's considering leaving for lower pay just to get away from this place? I've worked at cr-ppy companies before, but Medtronic truly takes the cake.

What’s up with all the new hires at neuro? How can the company be performing poorly yet still be hiring new engineers? Feels like they are cutting engineers with experience and replacing them with cheaper ones.

After the earnings and stock drop today layoffs are guaranteed to come in April. There really is no choice. I personally think it will be a blood bath, probably 5% minimum but maybe 10 %.
