The plan is to use AI to start small by replacing a potion of support (Server, Azure etc..). Once bugs and workflow are vetted after a year or so, let it take over more and more work in support, which of course means letting people go.

Multiple folks sitting in Canada and working on H1-B and TN visa (which is illegal) and paid in US but US citizens being laid off. It’s such a shame.

The question though is whether they will be targeting only the bad performers or if they will be laying off many of those who don't deserve to be cut, therefore causing a huge damage to the company?
