Tomorrow you will receive an email from HR. Our base pay was based off of 37.5 hours per week. It is now going to be 40 hours with no adjustments to pay. The extra 2.5 hours were considered extra time. Then overtime after 40.
This place gets better and better.
Also, expect managers coming up with solutions on how to curb overtime soon too.
Already do the additional hours so won’t impact me personally or most colleagues who work hard.
Just the loafers and as put above the people watching Netflix who really suffer.
Oh I get 2 more hours of Netflix binging to do
I’m so sick of this place abusing the ones that have been with this pos company for years. They are always thinking of sneaky ways to screw us over time and time again. They don’t give two c-aps for their loyal employees or any for that matter. They really are the most evil place to work for.
