Hey Mr or Ms 2 years since layoffs - tell that to the 10% of my dept. that got walked out the door last week. How any one person makes comments on a global 50,000 person organization, and thinks they alone are accurate, is beyond me.

We haven’t had layoffs in two years.I’ve been there as an observer for the last four big ones and all were epic fails. No layoffs anywhere.
Yes this round is done. My managing director told our team that it is over but in our case it was over on Tuesday
