any ideas on the next purge date?

since they will save money by waiting until February they will probably wait anyway, but curious of the dates now in feb.

Also curious if any senior managers knew this was coming when they were directed to axe hard working staff or if it was a surprise to them too.

Sad since we are already bare to the bone in our areas and now they are digging into the bone.

I was told 2/3 to 2/6. Then folks who will be whacked get normal pay and benefits for 2/15 and 2/28. Then the new severence kicks in.
Everyone should make plans to set up access to benefit sites alight’ benefit solutions etc etc. and Voya on your own devices with your own private access details pronto if you havent already. As we know, no one is safe anymore.

Not a surprise. Every year at the end of the year we are told how much staff we need to cut for the next year. It’s usually around 10% across the division. We normally have all year to cut the employees however this year we were told it has to be completed by the first week in February.
