Lot of threads here on North-American specific news on these forthcoming layoffs. Just wondering if anyone has heard anything on potential restructuring that could go on in ESSA? Any inputs are appreciated!
No more TLA’s
For the sake of friends and loved ones who care but don’t know what the Three Letter Acronym stands for please elaborate we are also very concerned but don’t want to have to keep asking them if there is anything new?

Let’s summarize locations being closed and an anonymous list (please no names) of level/function/site that was let go...you know this will never happen internally.
Beverages reorganized - Where will the bulk of the savings come from?
Looking bleak for Frito Lay, NAN & Quaker if any still around. Beverages are heavy and require more cost due to Uncontrollable's. I would expect FLNA to become 4 regions before 2023 - All of NAN and Quaker essentially gone... If growth doesn't happen... — read more
False info being given to news?

The shape of PepsiCo by 2025

Wake up PepsiCo, there is a better way to handle it!
PepsiCo needs to understand that while there may be no easy way to do this, there are options that they should seriously consider. Other large companies ask for volunteers. We were told last year that “we don’t do this”. My question is why not? While... — read more

How high in the company pyramid does the reorg go?
To what level will the reorgs go? I imagine that regular company workers are the ones who will get hit the hardest and that the lower management will not be spared as well, but how high in the managerial pyramid will the reorgs be done?

Anything expected today?
Any more layoffs? Anybody knows if HQ is done?
R&D impacted too
R&D not immune to current layoff. Certain group has got its notice that whole tram no longer part of strategic plans for Pepsico R&D. Unclear if this is the end for R&D layoffs this year or just the beginning.
When will it be done?
Any ideas on when the latest reorganization is going to be completed? Is there a set time frame? Or will this be another one of those situations in which there is no end in sight so those on top can lay off people indiscriminately throughout the year... — read more
