The layoff process has not impacted SAP’s ratings on Glassdoor. While enjoyable to post here … please provide your reviews on the site. Perhaps a way to hold SAP leadership accountant for this cluster.

This layoff process should be reviewed by our outside directors. None of our board member can be proud of how this was handled. If they are, their contracts should not be renewed or better yet - fired.

What frustrates me the most is that some hard working employees will be punished with a layoff for something that someone else should bear the blame for. Why is SAP failing to post a profit? Will the leadership finally realize its mistakes?

I have never worked in such a poorly run company such as SAP. Have you? I think that in the coming months the mess will become even bigger.
