Bravo SAP, its looks like it succeeded in reducing the great culture at SAP by corporate manipulation by trying to sc--w people out of their bonuses. Shame on SAP and its old German software.

How are RSUs handled during layoff? (US)

Can anyone say definitively how unvested Move and Grow RSUs are treated during a layoff in the US? Heard a rumor that they all vest at Termination, which seems too good to be true and different than what other tech companies in US do.
