Can an interim manager tell HR not to hire an employee for any internal roles? It has nothing to do with previous years’ IPFs.

what are your thoughts on this happening? there has been historical precedent for both adjusting it up and down.... I feel like 2024 bpf will be adjusted DOWN 😭

Chevron just sold its stake in Scotford. Very worried about job in the plant. Any idea what CNRL typically does after buying others assets?? Any one from Shell Albian advise what the folks in Scotford can expect??

Looks like the US IT hub will be cut to the bone. Leaders pondered outloud how we can still function with so many cuts then asked those of us being cut to act positive until we r let go.
