Trying to gauge if I’m fairly compensated. Technical role (think geoscience). Are the recent salary entries on Glassdoor roughly in line with your numbers, for the same yoe? Feeling underpaid and currently looking elsewhere.

I was in a meeting where Weal was insensed at our estimate of what US special severance would be. He’s pushing through moving Exploration office staff to lower cost locations (uk and India). He wants US share pricing, without US costs….
