If you are 0.8 or below and Shell lays you off, will you get the 3 weeks for every year deal? I was under the impression that anything below 0.9 is essentially the company telling you that you need to seek employment elsewhere?

What's next layoffs for the Shellvies?

Maybe its time to dump some of the "sorority" types around the office and treat this like a real business.

HR won't answer me yet... it's my future I'm trying to plan (Nov 30 end date I've known since early September) and they just refuse to give any more information than "it's competitive".
