Wasteful management everywhere. Ridiculous job positions at SF to create ‘work flow’ and to think of new ‘ideas.’ The rot starts at the head.

So no one posted about them mandating call center employees in the office 5 days a month “for the culture”? I thought that’d be bigger news. Why have me in a cube when I can do it from home better and save $$$
