Basically, from what I can see, if you're older and have higher pay, chances were higher to be shown the door. It's not a rule, of course, since then people could sue over age discrimination, but that seems to be the dominant factor. More people over... — read more 

If there's one place where we have plenty of fat, it's management levels. We can safely lose some to minimum impact. But somehow I doubt any of them are on the list.

Rumor is layoffs are imminent the week of 07-14-25; between 5%- 10%

I haven’t really seen them announce but they did another batch on 7/20/23. Rumors have been in a range of 2% - 10%

Announced back in April. They will be departing end of June. I think some will stay through July too.

The job eliminations are incredibly covert and include severance packages contingent on signed non-disclosures.

The business is pretty good at TROWE right now - no issues, no layoffs and i expect this to stay like this for quite some time. Good luck...
