Who the hell knows...there are two client experience organizations...one in digital and one in ops...and I know for sure none of them know what the hell they’re doing cause it doesn’t seem like clients are any more pleased at all the sh–ty processes in place at the bank and all the errors that come with our quality work. All this talk about design thinking doesn’t work if you got the “that’s the way we’ve always done things for the past 200 years” gang not willing to make changes. And why would anyone want to make changes to an organization that’s just laying people off left and right.
Disorganisation, Disorganization ... either way is fine.
It is spelled “Delivery”
This is a valid spelling of the word, especially in the UK. Check your facts before you give a critical sarcastic comment.
