Got a BE because I “can’t handle criticism in a constructive manor”. Screw that, I’ve literally never not taken constructive criticism well. Honestly I think my manager is just trying to get rid of me and is making things up

Managers don't want people with an opinion or have a brain. That's threat to them. They want "yes" men and women, who will conform, comply, be a robot clerk and be a door mat. I am the opposite and for those reasons I hope they lay me off... patiently waiting.
Well you sure handled THAT criticism well.
All you can do is play their game for the rest of the year...and remember it's a political game.
Every time your manager says something that seems as if s/he is offering a different opinion, no matter how trivial, offer one of these statements and move on. Don't keep the dialogue going no matter how tempting. Notice these statements accept criticism while not committing you to anything.
