Newbies who sprung like mushrooms and who are managers not even with the company for more than a year or two - treat hard working loyal employees bad - laugh at them because they are old timers (some people just don’t change jobs every year to get a hike in their salary does not mean they are any less in their skills or aptitude - Yup hard to make these new guys understand as they are aliens to ethics loyalty etc) plus the bell curve rating give them an opportunity to lay off these people from their team - and bring instead their own friends to the group who will nod their head for everything they say - no one in the management thinks any more for the company but scared and hold on to their jobs and bonuses and behave with no back bone bowing to the clown who’s leading this company to disaster! What a shame !!
I think it obvious. Why people who had work 10 + years should leave voluntarily? They want their well deserved package.
They treat their employees like garbage and still very few people leave voluntarily. Why would BNY respect their employees?
I think as a professional you should respect place where you work or was working. So I did. However I believe their culture is not ethical anymore. I am relay sorry and sad about it. I remember time when ethic department relay worked.
Well we don’t respect BNY Mellon, so the feeling is mutual.
